Necessary forms required to be submitted to the RTO:

1. Form 28: It is the No Objection Certificate (NOC). Three copies of this form are required to be submitted by the seller. It will be required if you want to take the vehicle out of the city or state .
2. Form 29: It is the Notice of Transfer of ownership of a motorcycle. This form is for the sale of used bike. Two copies of this form are required which is to be submitted by the seller.
3. Form 30: It is the Report of Transfer of ownership of a bike. It functions as the confirmation of Form 29. Two copies of this form are required to be submitted to the RTO.
4. Form 35: It is the Report of Cancellation of Hypothecation . It is required to be submitted in the RTO with stamp of bank along with NOC letter from the bank.
