Shipping and Delivery Policy
Clutcheal currently operates in Pune, India. We do not provide shipping of vehicles to customers located in other cities. For customers in Pune, you can choose between in-store pickup or home delivery:
In-Store Pickup
When you place your order on our website, you can select in-store pickup as your preferred delivery method. You will receive a confirmation with the address of the Clutcheal store location. Your vehicle will be prepared and available for pickup during store hours.
Home Delivery
We also offer home delivery within Pune city limits. When you choose home delivery, one of our representatives will contact you to schedule a delivery time. We aim to deliver vehicles within 2-3 business days from the order date based on availability and scheduled delivery route.
Please inspect your vehicle thoroughly at the time of delivery before signing off. Notify us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
